Judd Apatow and Adam Sandler were once roommates before each of their careers took them to different sides of the comedy world. Since then they’ve both become high-powered players and producers in the genre, backing a long list of classic comedies. Right now Apatow is one of the hottest writers out there. And who doesn’t know Sandler?
Other than a cameo on Apatow’s “Undeclared,” they haven’t worked together.
Enter You Don’t Mess with the Zohan, written by Apatow and starring Sandler. Not only is this the funniest title in a long time, but this first look picture of Sandler sporting a wacky “do” made me laugh.
Also, Robert Smigel (The Insult Comic Dog), contributed to the script.
It’s about a Mossad agent who fakes his death so he can re-emerge in New York City as a hair stylist.

You don’t mess with the Zohan!
