Corey Haim died Wednesday morning of an apparent accidental overdose according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The cause of death is under investigation. He was 38 years old.
As a child Haim found success with movies like Silver Bullet, The Lost Boys, and License to Drive. He recently saw a career resurgence with the reality shows “Celebrity Fit Club” and A&E’s “The Two Coreys” with Corey Feldman. The latter lasted only two seasons before Feldman ended it saying he wanted Haim to get the “help he truly needs.”
Haim struggled with substance abuse and addiction throughout his life, reportedly entering rehabilitation 15 times, according to TMZ.
