Trailer for ‘The Losers’ Explodes Online

2010 is shaping up to be the year of the ensemble action heroes.  Sylvester Stallone has assembled a crew of fighters for a suicide mission in The Expendables and a TV adaptation brings together double-crossed fugitives in The A-Team. Then the comic book conversion The Losers borrows a little of both plots.  Lucky for them it opens first.

After being betrayed and left for dead, members of a CIA black ops team root out those who targeted them for assassination.

The action flick features beautiful Avatar star Zoe Saldana, the charismatic Jeffrey Dean Morgan, “Wire” vet Idris Elba, and former Fantastic Four member Chris Evans.  The script was written by the multi-hyphenated Peter Berg and screenwriter James Vanderbilt, who wrote the upcoming Spider-Man reboot.
