New ‘Iron Man 2′ Image, Related AC/DC Video

Marvel Entertainment and Columbia Pictures announced today that the music of AC/DC will be featured in Iron Man 2 this May.  Additionally, AC/DC is releasing a greatest hits album titled “AC/DC: Iron Man 2″ on April 19 (pre-orders start today on Amazon).  The Aussie band opened the original comic book film with “Back in Black.”

They’ve also released a music video for “Shoot to Thrill” featuring footage from the sequel, though most of it can already be seen in the theatrical trailer.  The Iron Man dancers are featured prominently, as is the Grand Prix race track scene where Whiplash (Mickey Rourke) shows up and starts a ruckus. Oh, and mosh pits.

Below is a brand new image of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) saddled up for the race.  The helmet and harness are in case a tattooed Russian emerges with electric whips attached to his hands.  Directed by Jon Favreau, the film stars Downey Jr., Rourke, Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sam Rockwell, and Scarlett Johansson.
