		<description>I didn&#039;t meant to imply that Ellison didn&#039;t have a solid argument, or that he shouldn&#039;t have won a settlement.  In the Terminator case, Cameron had ripped him off and Ellison was compensated for it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I just don&#039;t see it with this Anderson novella.</description>
