First Look: Saw VI Trap

This October, former Vice President Dick Cheney’s favorite movie series continues with Saw VI.  Lionsgate has released the first official image featuring a trap from the sequel.  Editor-turned-director Kevin Greutert shot this one and supposedly Shawnee Smith is returning somehow.  Here’s a synopsis to get you oh-so-excited:

Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw’s legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw’s grand scheme is finally understood.

Finally huh?  According to reports, the franchise is at least going up to eight movies.  The producers are still holding oxygen on the mouth of this franchise and keeping it alive.  Even “right to life” activists want Lionsgate to pull the plug already.

The image comes from Bloody-Disgusting where you can see it in high-resolution.  Look up close and solve the puzzle before the movie.  Then skip it and watch anything else.
