‘Twilight: Eclipse’ Adds Another Cast Member

Jack Huston has been added to the cast of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third installment in Summit Entertainment’s vampire series.  Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner are preparing to shoot the sequel later this month with director David Slade.

According to THR, Huston will play Royce King II, a human who lived during the Great Depression.  In the novel by Stephenie Meyer, his character was engaged to Rosalie Hale (played by Nikki Reed) but was only interested in her beauty.  After Royce and his friends attacked Roslie and left her for dead, Carlisle Cullen transforms her into a vampire.  Rosalie then seeks her revenge on Royce and company.

The full-length theatrical trailer for the second movie, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, debuts this Friday.  It has already made its way onto the Internet in an early French bootleg, but Summit is working quickly to remove any traces.  I can’t post it here because I’d rather not get a Cease & Desist email, but if you’re savvy enough you’ll find it on your own.  Fans will go crazy when they show a glimpse of the Volturi.
