As you probably already noticed, NewsinFilm has a new design. It also comes with new servers that should be faster and handle a much larger load, which will help with all those errors you may have seen periodically.

The site just switched over this afternoon, so there are still a few kinks to sort out.  Please let me know if you run into any errors.  Just drop a comment in this post or email me at jeffleins (at) newsinfilm.com.

We’ve added a new comment system through the Disqus network which will make it much easier to respond to posts, reply to other comments, and discuss news from social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook.  I’m still sorting through the details on that, so bear with me while I figure it out.

This also means NewsinFilm will have a Twitter page, though there’s nothing on it yet.  I thought it was about time the site caught up with everyone else.  When Larry King has a Twitter page and I don’t, I know I’m behind.

Please drop a line if you have any questions or problems with the new site.  I know it will take some getting used to.  I’m still adjusting to it myself.
