Three Official Photos from ‘The Expendables’

Ain’t It Cool News has premiered the first official photo from Sylvester Stallone’s The Expendables. Seen here are Eric Roberts and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin taking a flying leap from/next to a gigantic explosion.  Are they holding hands?  How cute.

Sly is currently filming the old school action flick, which stars Stallone and friends as a group of mercenaries sent to assassinate a dictator in South America.  Also making appearances in the massive cast are Jet Li, Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews, Danny Trejo, Randy Couture, and David Zayas. Arnold Schwarzenegger has been rumored several times and was even “confirmed” this month by Crews. The ladies include Giselle Itie, Brittany Murphy, and Charisma Carpenter.

If only Tarantino had assembled this kind of team for Inglourious Basterds…
