Back in April, Michael Bay said he planned to leak “disinformation” to the news outlets in order to keep the secrets of Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen from the fans. He’s about as good at keeping a secret as he is at making movies.
The early rumors of the massive Devastator “combo robot” appearing in the sequel have been confirmed. Then we heard all about how Shia LaBeouf’s hand injury was worked into the script after he flipped his non-transforming car.
We also just recently heard the movie will include Sideswipe (a Chevy Corvette Centennial) and Ravage (in a “very raw beast mode,” whatever that means). For what it’s worth, Sideswipe is my favorite Transformer and I still don’t care about this movie.
